Peter Waters became an Agency Express franchisee in 2013. After 25 years’ experience in sales positions for international distribution companies Peter made the decision to take a change of direction in his career. Peter started his investigation by attending a free franchise seminar in London where he learnt about the Agency Express franchise offering.

After completing the Agency Express five-day training course, Peter's three day assisted business launch within his territory went exceptionally well. Utilising his sales skills and experience Peter easily forged new relationships and signed his first two customers.
"The five day in house training in Norwich was very thorough and informative. This was then followed up by three days of active sales training where I visited estate agents in my area. Again, this was very useful and we signed up two customers. All in all, I would say that the training process was very good and the Head Office support after training is finished is equally as good."
Now running in to his fourth year of trading Peter has developed a solid client base and an excellent reputation among his customers. The driving factor in Peter's success has been his focus on growing the business whilst maintaining an excellent standard of service. This has secured a him a profitable and robust future.
"It is good being my own boss but thankfully Head Office are always there to offer excellent support if I need it. They key is to offer exceptional service from day one, keep plugging away and the business will grow. It has been challenging but I do enjoy it; I’m very pleased that I bought my franchise."
